Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we provide our website, vehicles, parts, accessories and camper builds. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

This website is operated by KeiTora Overland (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Using our website

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — text, images, logos and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell imported Japanese kei trucks and vans, parts, accessories and camper builds. Many of our vehicles are used grey imports; we describe them as accurately as we reasonably can, but mileages (often recorded in kilometres), specifications, photographs and descriptions are for general guidance and minor variation is normal. We encourage you to inspect a vehicle, or ask questions, before purchase.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We try to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will let you know and give you the option to confirm or cancel. Unless stated otherwise, please check whether a price includes VAT, registration, delivery or other costs. Payment is due as set out at the time of order or as agreed in writing for imports and builds (which may involve a deposit and balance).

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order (for example by email) or, for sourcing and build commissions, when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a vehicle cannot be sourced.

6. Imports, registration and road use

Where we import or supply a vehicle, responsibility for UK registration, road tax, insurance and ongoing roadworthiness passes to you on handover unless we have expressly agreed in writing to handle a specific step. Information we provide about importing, registering, IVA/MOT, emissions zones (such as ULEZ), insurance or road legality is general guidance only and not legal advice — you should confirm your own position with the relevant authorities (such as the DVLA, DVSA, HMRC and TfL).

7. Delivery and collection

We will agree delivery or collection arrangements with you. Any delivery dates are estimates; imports in particular can be affected by shipping, customs and registration timelines outside our control. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

8. Your right to cancel (consumer cancellations)

If you are a consumer buying online or at a distance, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to goods made or sourced to your specification or clearly personalised — which includes bespoke camper builds and vehicles sourced to your individual order. Where the right applies, you must return the goods at your own cost and we will refund you in line with the regulations.

9. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — taking into account that many vehicles are used and their age, mileage, price and history. If something we supply is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will deal with it in line with the law.

10. Business customers

Where you buy as a business rather than a consumer, certain consumer-protection rights (including the cancellation rights above) do not apply, and goods may be sold on the basis set out in our order confirmation.

11. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a business. Our total liability arising from a contract will not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods or services.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force when your order is accepted. The current version is always shown on this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
